Walls are one of the best opportunities to express yourself at home. With such a large space there is so much you can do, and glancing at something beautiful every day will make you smile, promise! Here are a few of my favourite wall decor ideas, I really want to try some of these in my new house (I'm moving in a couple of weeks!!)
I love this watercolour mural! It can either be bought as self adhesive vinyl, or as traditional wallpaper (which could be tricky...) But you can also order custom sizes, which I suppose would be the best option! Available from Anewall.
Marbled wallpaper- in Gold by Calico Wallpaper This is so great, and I think it would be brilliant in a room that doesn't have much natural light, as the metallic gold will reflect any light back into the room. It's such a sophisticated, timeless design that I think it could be used in any room, but personally I would love to see it in a living room!
Now... I love this! I love how it adds another dimension to the room, without being tacky like some of the photo murals you see around. You really don't need much see in the room when you have this on the wall, so I think this would work really well in an office space with minimalist furniture- who needs windows eh?
